Judy Cates - The Cates Law Firm was built on the experience and reputation of Judy L. Cates, a trial lawyer with 30 years of courtroom experience. With a career that began as an Assistant State’s Attorney, principal partner Judy Cates prosecuted crime on behalf of the citizens of Illinois, protecting victims of rape, murder and child abuse. After her career as a prosecutor, Mrs. Cates began in civil practice in 1982.
